Mission:

The mission of Lee R. Foster Elementary School is to empower each child to achieve their potential, become responsible and productive individuals and lifelong learners.

• Promote and strengthen the partnership among students, staff and parents to achieve continued success.
• Maintain high standards and expectations, which challenge each student.
• Develop intellectually, physically, socially and emotionally well-rounded students.

All children should be provided with a well-rounded education in the academic, diverse environment that is Foster School.  We are committed to meet the intellectual, physical, social and emotional growth of each student.  By meeting the needs of the individual child, with excellence in academics, we are dedicated to the development of the whole child.
