As the District works towards finalizing a strong and workable plan for returning our students and staff to school safely and with student learning in mind, we are seeking input from parents that will help us determine the direction of our final plan. Thank you for your continued patience and understanding as we navigate ISBE and IDPH guidance to determine the best possible scenario to begin the upcoming school year. The Return to Learning committee continues to meet and set plans in place to keep our students, staff and community healthy and safe, while providing a rich and complete education to our students.
We know in this uncertain time, that constant communication is the key to helping reduce anxieties and help families make plans for the Fall, even if all of the needed information is not yet in hand from the State.
This letter is to offer a few insights into what Forest Ridge School District 142 is doing throughout the summer months to prepare our students, staff, and families for the 2020-2021 School Year.
